Robin Broadbent was born in the UK; after studying photography, he moved to London where he lived and worked for 12 years before moving to his present studio in New York in 1999.
Robin has published two black and white photography books entitled, Marmalade: Photographs by Robin Broadbent (Browns, London, 1998) and Minus Sixteen (Browns, London, 1999) and is presently working on a third. He recently participated in a group show at R Twentieth Century in New York.
Robin shoots frequently for publications such as Numero, Paradis, Man About Town, V Magazine, Arena Homme Plus, Details, GQ, T Magazine and Harpers Bazaar.
Robin has shot fashion campaigns for Bally and Bottega Veneta and has worked with Garrard, Rolex, Credor, and Concord, as well as with Movado jewelry and watches. Fragrance campaigns include Gucci, Dunhill, Estee Lauder, and Clinique. Additionally, he counts SK II, MAC and La Mer among his many cosmetic clients.
